Nature’s Bling

Forest Therapy

Welcome,

You are here
because you already love the forest, rivers, land, and lakes;
or because you need to de-stress;
or because you’ve heard about all the health benefits that time in nature provides;
or because this is simply the perfect getaway for you.
Maybe all of the above are true.

A guided Forest Therapy walk by certified Guide Marilyn Zehr* will assist in deepening your connection to this place.

Marilyn offers a series of guided activities/invitations which encourage you to slow down and intentionally enrich your experience of the natural world in relationship with your natural self.
Along the way there will be opportunities to share your observations/insights with fellow participants.
Every walk concludes with a wild-foraged tea and snack.

Forest Therapy Walks led by certified ANFT Guide Marilyn Zehr are available year-round.  To learn more about ANFT, Forest Therapy and the science supporting this practice please scroll to the bottom of this page for links.
